The Forward Trust is seeking an Outreach Worker in Southend-on-Sea to engage with people who are rough sleeping or street-based, providing flexible, person-centred support to help access services and move toward safer, more settled lives.
You will work with housing, health, substance misuse and other partners, coordinate targeted support, maintain records, and participate in multi-agency safeguarding while flexible hours and unsociable shifts are required.
