Stanford Wellbeing Ltd is expanding our specialist rehabilitation team, and we are looking for two compassionate, motivated Rehabilitation Assistants to support a young man living with a brain injury who experiences significant cognitive and behavioural difficulties
.

This is a meaningful, hands‑on role supporting him to:

• Engage in daily activities
• Build occupational engagement
• Try new supported activities
• Participate fully in a structured rehabilitation programme

You will work closely with the client and his family, helping him access a full multidisciplinary programme including Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Speech & Language Therapy, and Music Therapy
.

• You’ll be part of a specialist rehabilitation service
  —the only one in Essex providing fully trained Rehabilitation Assistants supervised by qualified professionals
  .
• You’ll receive full training
  , ongoing support, and supervision from a Consultant Occupational Therapist
  .
• You’ll help someone rebuild confidence, independence, and meaningful engagement.

• Location: South Essex
• Hours: 6‑hour shifts, 5 days per week (rolling rota)
• Pay: £15.00 – £17.00 per hour
  , based on experience and assessed skills
• Availability: Must be able to work daytimes,
  evenings and weekends
• Driving: Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
