Guaranteed salary up to £45,000 plus development pathway to be an approved Partner and purchase 50% Audiology Shares. Specsavers Staines is seeking an ambitious Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to embark on an exciting journey towards business ownership. Joining initially as an Acting Audiology Partner, you'll benefit from a development programme designed to prepare you for full partnership within approximately 12 months, culminating in the acquisition of 50% shareholding to become the Audiology Partner and Director of this successful business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with hands-on business experience, supported by a tailored development programme designed to prepare you for partnership. You'll work alongside experienced Optical and Retail Partners with a strong operational background and a proven track record of developing successful partners and businesses. As an Acting Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of the business, growing services across the local area while building the skills, confidence and commercial expertise required for business ownership.
