We are looking for a caring and reliable Health Care Assistant to join our team at Umika Homes.
You will support residents with their day-to-day care needs, helping them maintain their dignity, independence and wellbeing in line with their individual care plans.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist residents with washing, dressing, bathing, eating and other daily activities.
* Support residents at mealtimes and with drinks where required.
* Help maintain clean, tidy and safe resident and communal areas.
* Support residents to take part in activities.
* Observe and report any changes in residents’ needs or wellbeing to senior staff.
* Maintain accurate care records.
* Follow all health and safety, hygiene and care home policies.
* Work closely with Nurses, Senior Carers and the wider care team.
We are looking for someone who is compassionate, respectful, dependable and able to work well as part of a team.
