Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust in Southend Hospital is recruiting a General Porter to provide an efficient portering service, moving patients, specimens, goods and equipment around the site and responding to ad hoc requests.
You will undertake urgent tasks and respond to emergencies in line with Trust procedures, keep equipment clean and in good working order, and transport patients with dignity and respect. Interviews will be held in person at Southend Hospital on 28 October 2026.
