Sharp Resources is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join the team in a hybrid Essex setting. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes within the Recruitment-to-Recruitment market, building relationships with recruitment professionals and agency clients while handling retained and contingent assignments for international candidates from day one.
We offer a competitive base salary + uncapped commission with a realistic first-year OTE of £50,000 – £90,000+.
