Recruitment Consultant

We are a specialist Recruitment-to-Recruitment search firm operating on a genuinely global basis, partnering with recruitment agencies across the UK, US, Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

Experience of using Linked In Recruiter is essential.

I'm looking for an experienced 360 Recruiter from a "professional services" background to take over an extremely warm and established desk. No BD required, lots of clients and roles to work on. The average fee is about £8k, with terms agreed at 20%. We pay 20% commission with no threshold.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-value, relationship-led market.

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes within the R2R market
• Building and maintaining relationships with recruitment professionals and agency clients
• Working on both retained and contingent assignments
• Supporting candidates with career moves across multiple international markets

• Previous experience in recruitment (professional services, niche market recruitment)
• Proven ability to manage recruitment processes effectively
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach

• Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
• Realistic first-year OTE of £50,000 - £90,000+
• Clear progression to senior and principal level
