We're hiring an ERP Support & Business Process Specialist to support key ERP systems;
Quantum and Pentagon. This is a highly specialised support role combining ERP system expertise, reporting, and process compliance within a regulated industry.

• Manage and resolve ERP support tickets
• Provide onsite support for Quantum (in-office in Southend-on-Sea)
• Produce tailored reports and support data analysis
• Ensure process compliance and resolve workflow issues
• Train and guide staff on correct system usage to support them performing their tasks in the systems.
• Support onboarding of new businesses and employees onto ERP systems

• ERP experience (any system considered)
• Strong process and problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable with reporting and data
• Excellent communication and user support skills
• Experience in regulated environments is a plus

Occasional travel across UK & Europe (e.g. Ireland, Germany) – typically once per quarter. Expenses covered.
