Location: Southend-on-Sea
Southend East PCN Limited is seeking a Digital and Transformation Lead to support patient access and digital maturity across the network. The role is permanent and funded through ARRS; it is advertised from Norton Place base but will work across all member practices and community settings.
You will lead technology adoption, data-driven service improvements and collaborate with Integrated Neighbourhood Teams, GP practices, and partners. DBS check required; flexible hours and cross-site working.
