This is a senior technical role suited to a confident Account Handler who enjoys complex casework, strong client relationships, and acting as a trusted support to Account Executives and Directors.

The Role Manage the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial and corporate clients. Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and complex technical queries. Work closely with Account Executives to deliver a seamless, high-touch client service. Liaise with insurers to negotiate terms, coverage, and pricing. Act as a technical referral point within the team, supporting junior handlers where required. About You Proven experience as an Account Handler within a commercial insurance broking environment.

Strong technical knowledge across core commercial lines. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with clients, insurers, and senior stakeholders. The Offer Salary up to £50,000, dependent on experience. Hybrid working and flexible approach.
