Location: Southend-on-Sea
Cameron James Professional Recruitment, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Commercial Insurance Development Broker in Southend-on-Sea. The role focuses on acquiring new commercial business and building a pipeline while working with in-house Account Handlers.
You will negotiate with Lloyd's underwriters, design bespoke programs, and present proposals to directors and C-suite executives. A proactive, hunter mentality and 3–5+ years in commercial insurance are required, with Cert CII desirable.
