Service Care Legal are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading law firm in Chelmsford who are seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their expanding team.
RoleTitle: Employment Solicitor
Location: Chelmsford
Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 (DOE)
PQE: 2+ years
Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with clients and professional referrers
- Advising individuals on employment disputes and workplace issues
- Supporting businesses with day‑to‑day employment and HR matters
- Contributing to team targets, KPIs, and business development activity
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in Employment Law
- Strong technical knowledge and a commercial approach to problem‑solving
- Excellent communication skills and a confident client‑facing manner
- Professional, ethical, and positive in a fast‑paced environment
