Senior Branch Manager – haart Estate Agents

Join us as the Senior Branch Manager for our exciting Thorpe Bay reopening. You will be the driving force behind building a new, thriving branch, shaping the business and local community from the ground up.

Day in the Life
  • Leading daily meetings with the estate agency team
  • Coaching the team to achieve KPIs
  • Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance, including one‑to‑one meetings
  • Encouraging team development and progression
  • Focusing on generating new and repeat business
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Liaising with prospective buyers and arranging property viewings
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
  • Ensuring the business is risk‑averse and complies with all regulatory bodies
Essential Skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in estate agency at a senior negotiator, property valuer, or higher
  • Ability to work well with others and create a team spirit
  • Excellent communication and relational skills with customers, suppliers and the community
  • Ability to create and execute business plans for the branch
  • Competitor performance monitoring
  • Strong understanding of current estate agency legislation
  • Capacity to manage time‑sensitive, high‑volume workloads
  • Track record of delivering outstanding customer service
  • Initiative and self‑directed work style
  • Good telephone manner
  • Basic IT and Microsoft Office skills
  • Attention to detail
Additional Requirements for the Recruitment Process
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
  • Evidence of right to work (passport or birth certificate)
  • Proof of address
  • National Insurance number
  • Drivers Licence Check
