About the Company
We have been retained by an established and independently owned, Essex based food production & distribution business, to recruit a Sales Manager for the company. The company is a family run business with an established and loyal client base, great working hours, and a strong team culture.
Role OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for driving and managing a team of 18 sales personnel, working closely with key company clients, building on current company sales, and monitoring client retention.
