Basic Salary - £35,000 –
OTE - £50,000 – £55,000

Our client, a large franchised main dealership, in Southend has the requirement for an experienced
Senior Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager to join their established and high performing Aftersales team.
As an Assistant Service Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Organise, coach, motivate and lead your workshop & front of house team
- Ensuring the very highest levels of customer service every time.
- Departmental profitability
- Delivering dealership and manufacturer budgets
- Controlling expenses
- Recruitment and selection, staff coaching and motivation
- Optimising workshop capacity and utilisation
- Installing, and maintaining processes
- Monitor, develop and improve CSI and customer experience
Skills & Qualifications Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ Service Advisor experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Franchised Dealership Experience
- Kerridge
- Basic Salary of £35,000
- On Target Earnings of £55,000
- Use of Company Vehicle
- Extensive Benefits Package
