Production Operator

We have an opportunity for a Production Operator to join our team at Honeywell, in Southend-on-Sea, where you will play a key role in the production line (packing, labelling and implementing quality assurance).

This is a permanent role based fully onsite in Southend and will follow the below rotational shift pattern:

• Week 1:
  Monday – Thursday 6am – 4pm
• Week 2:
  Monday – Thursday 4pm – 12:30am, Friday 2pm – 7pm

• Manually and automatically assemble products
• Complete first off quality samples and complete quality documentation
• Ensure efficient running of assembly equipment
• Feed components and replenish materials for assembly/packing processes
• Actively support waste reduction initiatives
• Read and understand quality documentation
• Adhere to health and safety standards

• Ability to operate within a high-volume production/manufacturing environment
• Commitment to achieving the team’s objectives and targets
• Self‑motivated and able to work using own initiative as part of a team
• Experience working with high standard of quality control
• Good communicator at all levels
