Exhibition Stand Builder | Rayleigh |£30,000 - £32,000 | Full Time
The RoleOur successful client is expanding and they’re looking for a skilled, hands‑on individual to join their stand‑building team. You will have previous experience within this industry and be ready to hit the ground running! If you enjoy practical work, take pride in high‑quality craftsmanship, and thrive in a fast‑paced events environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do- Build and install exhibition stands using modular systems
- Work on‑site at venues across the UK (and in Europe)
- Load, transport, and assemble display components
- Ensure all builds meet the client’s quality and safety standards
- Act professionally with clients and venue staff
- Experience in exhibition stand building or working with modular display systems
- Willingness to travel and work outside standard hours (including early starts, late finishes, and occasional weekends) flexible working in required
- A full clean UK driving licence (essential). Maybe required to drive a long wheelbase crafter
- Practical, hands‑on approach with good problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
Training will be provided on our specific display systems and products.
What’s in it for you?- Experienced Stand Builder: £30,000 – £32,000 per year + Overtime Saturday at time ½ and Sundays double pay
- Junior Stand Builder: £27,000 - £30,000 per year + Overtime Saturday at time ½ and Sundays double pay
