We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in Southend-on-Sea for a motivated and reliable individual to join their team as a Trainee Print Finisher on a permanent night shift basis. Night Shift Details

• Hours: 22 00, Monday to Friday (during training), moving to Sunday to Thursday once competent
• Pay: £13.34 per hour

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting with print finishing processes as part of a production team
• Following instructions and procedures during your training period
• Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and safe
• Working to production targets and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous factory or manufacturing experience (essential)
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Able to commit to regular night shift work
• Good attention to detail
