We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller to join a well-established precision engineering company based in Southend-on-Sea. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist looking to work with high-precision components in a modern manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting and operating 3 and 4 axis CNC milling machines using Fanuc controls
• Making programme amendments where required
• Manufacturing high-precision components to tight tolerances
• Machining a variety of materials including tufnol, titaniums, and steels
• Producing components such as bushes, bolts, and other precision-engineered parts
• Ensuring all work is completed to high quality standards

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience setting CNC milling machines with Fanuc controls
• Experience using both 3 and 4 axis mills
• Ability to make programme amendments independently
• Strong background machining high-precision components
• Experience working to tight tolerances with a range of materials

Desirable:

• Offline or online programming experience (not essential)
