Office & Social Media Manager

Location: Southend-on-Sea

OFFICE & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Monday–Friday | 9:00am–5:30pm

We are looking for an organised, confident and creative Office & Social Media Manager to join our busy and friendly jewellery business.

This is a varied, hands-on role working closely with the company directors and wider team. It would suit someone who enjoys being organised, takes pride in their work and is confident creating engaging social media content.

The role includes:

* Day-to-day office administration and organisation

* Safely and accurately packaging jewellery orders

* Answering telephone enquiries and assisting customers

* Managing office stationery, packaging and supplies

* Taking product photos and videos and creating social media content, Reels and videos

* Helping to manage and develop our social media presence

* Providing short periods of shop-floor cover each day during staff lunch breaks

* Working closely with the directors and team to ensure the smooth running of the business

About you

* Previous office-based experience is essential

* Experience in e-commerce, social media or digital marketing would be particularly advantageous

* Highly organised, reliable and accurate

* Creative and confident using social media

* Friendly, professional and confident when dealing with customers

* A proactive team player with a positive attitude

* Keen to take on responsibility and develop within the role

* No previous jewellery experience is required — full product training will be provided.
