URGENTLY REQUIRE 2X ADVANCED NURSE PRACTITIONER IN SOUTHEND

Dream Medical are seeking 2X enthusiastic and positive individuals to join our clinical team as a qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join 2X busy GP Surgery's in Southend.

You would be working supporting our team of GPs carrying out acute care. The successful candidate's will be proficient at managing minor ailments and acute conditions and will have excellent communication skills and good IT literacy.

You will have previous experience of working in accordance with the NMC Code and experience of working with patients also need to know how to use system one.

Responsibilities will include assessment, diagnosis and treatment of acute presentations and referring to other members of the primary and secondary health care team.

These positions are 16hrs a week permanent roles Monday's are essential for both and salary to be discussed.
