AJ Chambers seeks an experienced Lettings Negotiator to own the lettings process from listing to move-in across Essex, London and surrounding areas. The role is hands-on, mobile and requires a full UK driving licence, with weekend work as part of the pattern.
You will market properties, handle viewings, qualify applicants, negotiate rents and build relationships with tenants, agents and internal teams, using commercial judgement to maximise occupancy and income.
