Shepherd Neame’s The Bellhouse is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a kitchen section and uphold the highest standards under the guidance of the Head Chef and Sous Chef. The role is based at The Bellhouse in Leigh-on-Sea, a busy pub and restaurant.
You will work with the kitchen team during service, mentor junior staff, and ensure hygiene and safety compliance while supporting stock control and ordering as needed. Flexible hours and career development are available.
