Role:
To take responsibility for a series of client relationships and ensure that they are managed to their fullest potential.

• Be the owner of the day-to-day client relationship and their key entry point into the business
• Manage client expectations: always meet and preferably exceed
• Quoting and processing customer orders
• Delivering outstanding customer service via phone and email
• Resolving customer issues quickly and professionally
• Making outbound sales calls to grow relationships with existing clients
• Carrying out artwork checks and ensuring smooth production
• Monitoring orders through to successful delivery
• Driving revenue growth and ensuring client retention

• Sales/customer service experience
• Experience conducting large volumes of telephone calls and dealing with web enquiries
• Print industry experience (Preferable)
• Experience managing accounts/projects
• Good understanding of design and artwork processes
• Strong organisational skills along with ability to multitask
• Ensure good attention to detail
• Be flexible and hardworking
