Location: Southend-on-Sea
Martin & Co in Southend-on-Sea is seeking a driven Lettings & Sales Negotiator, ready to step into property and join their expanding team. This position offers a 50/50 split of office-based work and property appointments, where no two days are the same.
You will build relationships with clients, conduct viewings, negotiate deals, and manage sales and lettings transactions. While sales or customer service experience is beneficial, a passion for property and a proactive attitude are key to thriving in this varied role.
