, we’re looking for a driven, commercially minded sales professional to join our established team in Leigh-on-Sea. You’ll start by focusing on business development and client relationship building, with full training and support to develop into a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
Recruitment experience is welcome, but not essential. What matters most is your ability to sell, build trust and deliver results.
What you’ll be doing- Winning new business and developing client relationships
- Attending face‑to‑face client meetings, sales visits and networking events
- Building a pipeline of opportunities using Linked In, referrals, internal data and lead generation
- Understanding client hiring needs and negotiating commercial terms
- Learning the full recruitment process, from job brief to placement
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
- Writing adverts, managing interviews and supporting offers through to placement
- A proven background in B2B sales
- Strong face‑to‑face business development experience
- Confidence speaking with business owners and decision‑makers
- A professional, polished and credible approach
- Self‑motivation, resilience and a strong work ethic
- Great communication and relationship‑building skills
- The ambition to build a long‑term career in recruitment
- £30,000 basic salary
