Trainee Estate Agent (Sales Negotiator)
Location: Leigh-on-Sea
Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 basic + OTE £30,000 – £35,000

The Package

• £20,000 – £25,000 basic (DOE)
• £30,000 – £35,000 OTE (uncapped)
• 2.5% commission on completed valuations
• £50 per mortgage sign-up (rising to £75 after 5 completions)
• £25 per solicitor referral
• Full training with clear progression routes

Working Hours

• Mon–Fri: 8:45am – 6:00pm
• Sat: 9:00am – 5:00pm (with one day off in the week)
• 1 in every 7 Sundays (10:00am – 4:00pm)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Registering applicants and matching them with properties
• Carrying out viewings and confidently presenting homes
• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
• Providing feedback and updates to clients
• Supporting sales from offer through to completion
• Referring mortgages, solicitors, and related services

• Bright, confident, and presentable with excellent communication skills
• Driven, proactive, and target-focused with a passion for sales
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
