We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Showroom Sales Manager to join a leading Bathrooms, Plumbing & Heating Supplier. This role is with the bathroom side of the business and is based within their showroom itself.

To succeed, you must have plumbers’ merchants, bathroom sales or showroom experience. This is a sales role focused on developing relationships with trade customers (plumbers, bathroom fitters, builders, developers, etc.). The candidate should be comfortable dealing with both tradespeople and the retail public in a showroom environment. Some bathroom design work may be involved, with full training available.

There will be a good degree of autonomy in how the showroom operates, allowing you to maximise its future potential. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead from the front and make the role your own. The showroom features a fantastic range of displays.

This opportunity is suitable for someone aiming to drive sales as a showroom manager / bathroom designer / bathroom salesperson / plumber merchants sales person or manager. A proactive approach to sales and business development is critical. A bonus scheme is uncapped.

We are looking for someone who will take ownership of the Bathroom Showroom with professionalism and enthusiasm to make the role successful. The client will consider showroom designers from other disciplines with no bathroom experience. If you have experience in kitchen or bedroom design, excellent career progression opportunities may also be available.
