My Client is looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant to join their well‑established Southend industrial team.

• Developing new industrial business through proactive sales.
• Managing and growing client accounts.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and placing industrial candidates.
• Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

• Previous recruitment experience (360 preferred) or a strong recruitment background ready for a Senior Consultant role.
• A commercial mindset with a passion for winning new business.
• Excellent relationship‑building and customer service skills.
