Join Our Team and Make a Difference! We’re currently seeking a Field Sales Consultant to join our dedicated team at the Woodford branch, covering the Essex area. If you enjoy managing your own schedule and solving unique customer problems in person, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

In this field-based role, you’ll visit both new and existing customers, building relationships and selling our medical and hazardous waste services. You will manage a portfolio of existing customers while pursuing new sales opportunities through customer enquiries and internal leads. Daily travel is required, and providing excellent customer service is essential to ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality customer service on the field.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Self‑motivated and target‑driven.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Background in retail or sales is advantageous.
• May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role applied for.

• Competitive salary package: basic £26,435 per annum plus £1,000 London weighting.
• Expected OTE of £32,500 per annum with bonus and commission schemes.

• Relocation assistance of up to £5,000 for moves exceeding two hours.
• Full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday (37.5 hour week).
