Estate Agent Sales Progressor

We are dedicated to providing exceptional Property Services and are seeking an experienced part – time (3 days per week) SALES PROGRESSOR to be part of our dynamic team. The Sales Progressor Package:
Basic Part Time Salary: £18,000 pa (Full Time equivalent £30,000pa) Plus, commission: 1% of all banked sales income including fee income from Mortgages and Solicitors On Target Earnings: £ pa

Hours:

Working three days per week in the office - flexible on days worked Petrol allowance £720 per annum payable monthly Telephone allowance £150 per annum payable monthly The Sales Progressor Role:
You will be responsible for co-ordinating the exchanges and completions of a high number of properties within the necessary time frames Responsible for liaising with buyers, vendors, solicitors and mortgage advisors Working to targets and goals Delivering a high level of customer service Supporting the sales team as necessary The ideal Sales Progressor candidate:
Experienced as a Sales Progressor in Estate Agency or conveyancing Previous Estate Agency experience but would really prefer Monday to Friday working? Mortgage Processor or Financial Services Administrator experience Working in conveyancing in a firm of solicitors The Sales Progressor experience:
An excellent communicator, both over the phone and with written correspondence Excellent with IT Customer service skills that are second to none and able to work as part of the team Ability to build rapport with clients Confident, resilient and have a “can-do” attitude Professional, organised and have a great work ethic Professional and able to work under pressure If you have the current relevant experience for this role please do not hesitate, APPLY TODAY and submit your CV.
