This role would suit a motivated property professional who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and exceeding targets within a fast-paced sales environment.

• Conduct property viewings and match buyers with suitable properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and prospective clients
• Negotiate offers and manage sales through to successful completion
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to progress transactions
• Generate new business opportunities through valuations, referrals, and networking
• Work towards and exceed individual and branch sales targets
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey

• Minimum 12 months' experience within residential property sales
• Proven ability to achieve targets and successfully close deals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of the local property market
• Experience winning instructions (desirable but not essential)
• Customer-focused, proactive, and commercially minded approach
• Full UK driving licence
