Ziphouse | Property Investment Platform

We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially minded person to join Ziphouse and help us build the user base behind our growing property investment platform.

Ziphouse connects property investors, buyers and property sourcers in one ecosystem – allowing opportunities to be listed, distributed and transacted through our platform.

We’ve built the technology. Now we want someone focused on building the marketplace.

Your primary responsibility will be to grow and manage the network of buyers, investors and property sourcers using Ziphouse.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Proactively bringing new property investors and buyers onto the platform
• Building relationships with property sourcers and deal providers across the UK
• Onboarding new users and helping them understand how to use the platform
• Liaising directly with buyers regarding investment opportunities
• Encouraging sourcers to upload and distribute their opportunities through Ziphouse
• Helping users complete onboarding and KYC requirements
• Developing long-term relationships with our buyer and sourcer network
• Re-engaging inactive users and increasing activity across the platform
• Gathering feedback from users and working with the wider team to improve the platform
• Helping build partnerships with property businesses, sourcers and investor communities
• Ultimately helping Ziphouse build a large, active marketplace of property investors and deal providers

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Confident speaking to people on the phone
• Highly organised and proactive
• Commercially minded
• Comfortable building relationships from scratch
• Target-driven and motivated by growth
• Confident using Linked In, Whats App, email and other channels to generate new relationships
• Interested in property and investment

Previous experience in property, property sourcing, estate agency, investment, business development or account management would be advantageous, although the right attitude and ability are equally important.

This isn’t simply an account management position.

You’ll have the opportunity to become a key part of the growth of Ziphouse, helping us build the network that sits behind the platform and shaping how we work with buyers and sourcers as we scale.

We want someone who can take ownership of this side of the business and genuinely build something with us.
