Sales Executive / Business Development Manager Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per year uncapped commission Job Type: Permanent, full-time
Location:
Southend-on-Sea, Essex We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to generate new business, build strong client relationships and help grow the customer base.
Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new business opportunities and contracts. Generate leads through networking, outreach and tender opportunities. Build relationships with key decision-makers. Attend client meetings, site visits and industry events. Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations. Manage the sales pipeline and achieve agreed targets. Work closely with operational teams to support new client onboarding. About You Experience in B2B sales, business development or account management.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven. Full UK driving licence. Able to manage your own diary and workload effectively.
