Sales Executive / Business Development Manager
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 per year + uncapped commission
Job Type: Permanent, full-time
Location:
Southend-on-Sea, Essex
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to generate new business, build strong client relationships and help grow the customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and secure new business opportunities and contracts.
- Generate leads through networking, outreach and tender opportunities.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Attend client meetings, site visits and industry events.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations.
- Manage the sales pipeline and achieve agreed targets.
- Work closely with operational teams to support new client onboarding.
- Experience in B2B sales, business development or account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Able to manage your own diary and workload effectively.
