Deputy Manager

We are looking for people with the passion, talent, skills and experience that contribute to a caring and community‑minded workforce.

• Provide support to staff and people supported.
• Take full responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and processes to ensure the highest quality of care and support.
• Work with relevant governing bodies on new business opportunities for the service.

• Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.

• Birthday: staff may take the day off on their birthday, taken from annual entitlement, and receive a birthday card.
• Service rated “Good” or equivalent by CQC: all staff receive a GBP 30 gift voucher;
  Outstanding: GBP 50 voucher.
• Recognition: staff can be nominated for a recognition letter and may receive a gift voucher up to GBP 50 for outstanding performance.
