As a Passenger Experience Assistant you will be the first point of contact for passengers and will help deliver a high‑standard of service throughout the airport. Your responsibilities include:

• Attending to passenger needs and requests.
• Checking passengers and their baggage in at check‑in desks.
• Assisting boarding at departure gates.
• Supporting passengers who require assistance with mobility or other special needs.
• Covering duties in Food & Beverage and Retail outlets throughout the terminal.
• Assisting the cleaning team with maintaining presentation standards.
• Providing assistance in Surface Access facilities.
• Embodying the Airports ‘One Team’ culture and supporting additional business activities as required.
• Working any shift during operating hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and bank holidays.

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior customer service experience and a commitment to high standards.
