Location: Southend-on-Sea
Southend City Council is seeking a full-time Qualified Social Worker for the Children Looked After Team (CLA). The post focuses on safeguarding and court work related to care orders, with some court experience preferable. You will assess needs, maintain records and prepare reports for care proceedings.
The role offers hybrid working options and requires on-site presence at the Civic Centre two days per week. An enhanced DBS check is required and the council is an equal opportunities employer.
