Location: Southend-on-Sea
Marks Consulting Partners Limited seeks a Specialist Support Worker to help vulnerable adults within housing and social care. You will manage a caseload, deliver tailored support and develop outcome-focused plans to sustain tenancies and prevent homelessness.
Engage with customers facing homelessness, mental health challenges and substance misuse, and collaborate with local authorities and providers to coordinate care. Strong advocacy and record-keeping are essential.
