Housing Community Safety Officer required on a temporary to permanent basis, to join a small, close-knit team, who work extremely hard to provide customer focused housing community safety for residents. Working 37 hours a week, Monday - Friday, the salary will be £34,434.
Candidates applying for this role will have exceptional communication skills, with empathy but the ability to be firm, and remain implicitly organised.
Duties:
- Work collaboratively with Tenancy Services Officers to deliver responsive and effective anti-social behaviour and community safety service to manage residents' expectations
- Manage anti-social behaviour caseload of issues
- Gather and review intelligence and evidence, including CCTV to identify anti-social behaviour and or criminal activity
- Carry out visits to residents' homes, undertaking door knocking excises, surveys, and community events offering advice and assistance in relation to community safety and where necessary, escalate enforcement action
