Service Care Solutions are recruiting for experienced Children's Social Workers to join Southend-on-Sea City Council on a permanent basis. Opportunities are available within both the Children Looked After (CLA) Team and the Families First Team.

You will be responsible for supporting children and young people in care, ensuring their needs are met through effective care planning, statutory visits, and partnership working with carers, families, schools, and other professionals.

Working with children and families at Child in Need and Child Protection level, you will undertake assessments, develop plans, and deliver interventions aimed at improving outcomes and reducing risk.

• Qualified Social Worker (Degree, DipSW, CQSW or equivalent)
• Registered with Social Work England
• Experience working within Children's Services
• Strong assessment, safeguarding, and case management skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multi-agency environment
