Southend City Council is seeking a permanent Qualified Social Worker for the Children Looked After (CLA) Team. The role focuses on cases after care proceedings, with some court work and an average caseload of 16–18.
You will deliver efficient services to children and families, with robust assessment and evidence-based plans. You will work in a hybrid setup, attending the Civic Centre at least 2 days a week and one duty day.
