Forklift Driver (Counterbalance)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Southend-on-Sea for two experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers:

1 x Day(early shift)
1 x Night shift
Pay rates

Day(Early): £12.71 per hour
Nights: £13.50 per hour
Duties

Operating a Counterbalance forklift to move stock safely and efficiently
Loading/unloading vehicles, moving pallets, and put-away/replenishment
Supporting the production/warehouse team with general duties as required (e.g., picking, packing, line support, housekeeping)
Working to site health & safety standards at all times
Requirements

Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
Recent Counterbalance experience: minimum 1 year (essential)
Happy to support production/warehouse duties alongside FLT work
Reliable, punctual, and able to work the required shift (day/early or nights)
Full UK driving licence beneficial, as you may occasionally be required to drive a company van for local deliveries
