Arriva Southend depot invites you to start your bus driving career. You’ll train at the Arriva Training School to gain your PCV licence, then work with a mentor for further weeks. Overtime is paid at a premium and there are clear development paths into management or specialist roles.
Shifts run 5 days in 7, with early mornings, afternoons, and evenings rotating; full pension and holidays apply, plus free family bus travel and employee assistance.
