We are hiring a Full-Time Office Manager!
- Support billing for the business office.
- Serve as the IT liaison between employees and our external IT provider.
- Answer phones and greet visitors.
- A multi-tasking pro with strong attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable coordinating with IT.
- Quick Books Desktop experience preferred.
- Customer-service minded with great communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and a reliable team player.
Full-time, on-site.
