• Strategic Support: Participate in leadership meetings and translate discussions into clear action items, deadlines, and follow‑ups.
• Revenue Ops: Manage leads in Hub Spot, support funnel optimization, and explore new sales tools to maintain data accuracy.
• Brand & Content: Curate Linked In content for executives and collaborate on planning community events or activations.
• Innovation: Identify workflow inefficiencies and leverage AI tools or process improvements to accelerate team performance.

• Act as a trusted extension of the Sales and Marketing department leadership.
• Manage priorities, timelines, and execution across initiatives.
• Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables through completion.
• Ensure follow‑through, accountability, and clarity.
• Attend meetings and convert notes into actionable Experimental steps.
• Serve as a strategic liaison between department leadership and key customer or community stakeholders, proactively managing relationships and ensuring a high‑quality, consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
