- Strategic Support: Participate in leadership meetings and translate discussions into clear action items, deadlines, and follow‑ups.
- Revenue Ops: Manage leads in Hub Spot, support funnel optimization, and explore new sales tools to maintain data accuracy.
- Brand & Content: Curate Linked In content for executives and collaborate on planning community events or activations.
- Innovation: Identify workflow inefficiencies and leverage AI tools or process improvements to accelerate team performance.
- Act as a trusted extension of the Sales and Marketing department leadership.
- Manage priorities, timelines, and execution across initiatives.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables through completion.
- Ensure follow‑through, accountability, and clarity.
