Key Responsibilities- Clinical Oversight:
Oversee all clinical aspects of resident care, including medication management, treatment plans, and assessments. - Staff Leadership:
Lead and inspire a team of caregivers, including nurses and aides, fostering a culture of compassion, teamwork, and excellence. - Resident Advocacy:
Serve as a champion for our residents, advocating for their needs, preferences, and rights. - Quality Assurance:
Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to continuously improve the delivery of care and enhance resident satisfaction. - Collaboration:
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to develop comprehensive care plans and ensure holistic support for residents.
- RN Licensure:
Current RN license in the state of North Carolina. - Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a senior care setting.
