Clinical Care Coordinator
St. Joseph of the Pines is currently seeking a full‑time Clinical Care Coordinator for The Health Center, our Skilled Nursing Facility location in Southern Pines, NC. Under the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Clinical Coordinator will coordinate nursing services for an assigned group of residents and will apply the nursing process in coordination with caregivers for a specific group of residents.

Responsibilities- Supervise daily nursing activities and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Mentor, coach, and evaluate nursing staff; assist with recruitment and scheduling.
- Oversee admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring proper documentation and care planning.
- Monitor departmental budgets, supplies, and equipment usage.
- Participate in quality assurance programs and develop corrective action plans as needed.
- Respond to emergencies and ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
- Support continuing education and in‑service training for nursing personnel.
- Nursing Degree (RN required; BSN preferred).
- Current, active RN license in North Carolina.
- CPR certification.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospital, long‑term care, or related healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and geriatric care.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
