One of our top clients in the Southfield area is seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable & Payable Supervisor to join their high‑performing finance team. This full‑time, W2 role offers the opportunity to lead a small team while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in AR/AP operations.

• Manage and oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable departments, including 4 direct reports
• Ensure billings, receivables, and cash applications are processed accurately and on time
• Participate in customer and vendor set‑up and maintenance processes within JDE
• Liaise with customers to manage collections and resolve outstanding issues
• Work with vendors to address discrepancies and arrange timely payments
• Identify and correct discrepancies in accounts or billings
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the AR/AP team

• Education:
  
  Associate’s degree or higher preferred
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong background in Accounts Receivable (AP experience is a plus)
• Experience in manufacturing or automotive industries strongly preferred
• Familiarity with ERP systems; JDE experience is a plus
• Supervisory/leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
