Your work will include, but not be limited to:

• Lead strategic supply chain engagements, with a focus in purchasing, strategic sourcing, planning, distribution and logistics for clients in a variety of industries, including:
  Medical Device & Life Sciences, Manufacturing & Distribution, Automotive, and Consumer Products
• Consult with clients to identify their supply chain and operational goals, assess processes, benchmark optimal performance, recommend improvements and implement solutions
• Serve as Project Manager for solution implementations
• Lead practice and business development initiatives for supply chain services, including targeting key executive level individuals and identifying new client leads
• Lead key pursuits, development of proposals, and closing of engagements
• Build and manage client relationships and oversee and develop internal staff

• Bachelor s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business-related field, MBA or Masters preferred
• 8-12 years of Supply Chain Management experience, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Purchasing and Sourcing

Previous consulting experience required
Medical device and life sciences industry experience required

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at the functional and executive level

Frequent travel throughout the region, with up to 50% overnight travel

We offer a robust benefits package. Highlights include health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance. Eligible staff have Flexible Time Off, holidays, and a 401(k) plan. Other benefits include pre-determined holidays, travel expense reimbursements, lodging and meal reimbursement for business use, and a pension plan for eligible staff. A discretionary bonus plan is available for eligible staff. Interns and Contractors may elect health insurance under our contingent plan after 60 days of employment.

Seasonal staff are not eligible for benefits. Compensation is commensurate with experience and location-specific ranges are provided where applicable (e.g., Colorado or Illinois ranges).

Colorado monthly base range: $13,750.00 to $16,666.67;
Illinois monthly base range: $13,750.00 to $16,666.67.
